It’s an obsession
T has an obsession. And I’m not talking about his wonderful, beautiful, absolutely fantastic girlfriend.
I’m talking about ketchup. He puts in on EVERYTHING! Now, don’t get me wrong-I love ketchup. But only on regular ketchup things like french fries, burgers, hot dogs and…that’s about it. T, on the other hand, likes ketchup on everything. He has a lot of weird food items that he likes. Ketchup is a main food group for this guy. We are both fans of the sandwich a.k.a. the samich. I love a good turkey sandwich with mayo (actually Miracle-Whip, I hate mayo), mustard, tomato, and lettuce. T doesn’t do sandwiches like the rest of us. He uses meat, cheese, and ketchup. Ketchup and turkey. Ketchup and ham. Gross. This affinity for ketchup may have come about because of his hatred for mayo, Miracle Whip, and all things white and creamy. So that only leaves him with ketchup to use as his condiment of choice. One of our recent dinners consisted of fish sticks and something else insignificant that I can’t remember. I loaded up my plate with some crispy sticks and a dollop of Miracle Whip for dipping. T, being the creative and culinary genius that he is, did things a little differently.
Did you just throw up a little in your mouth? Thought so. Hunt’s would be proud.
