Confusing Sign Sunday

Hmmm…
So are they trying to say that they only sell things that cost more then 99 Cents? As opposed to stores who only sell things below 99 Cents. It’s like a dollar store only more expensive.
We pass this store on our way to Wal-Mart and thought this would be a perfect Stupid Sign Sunday, but it’s really just more confusing than stupid.
