Fail
A couple weeks ago, T and I decided to buy a bed for Hurley. He is constantly on the couch and the chair and everywhere else. And I guess that I don’t really blame him, I wouldn’t want to sit on the floor all the time.
So, me being the good Mom that I am, decided to get him a dog bed to chill out in. I also have the inability to walk into a store with pet stuff and refrain from buying something for him or the kitty.
I wanted to get him the perfect little bed. One that he would find more comfortable than the couch, one that didn’t clash with my superb decorating style, and of course one that was just the right size for my pooch. This process involved looking at and feeling every single dog bed that was available at Wally World. After a lengthy deliberation and T breathing down my neck to hurry up…I picked one.
It’s comfortable, soft, and doesn’t clash with the decor. But….
FAIL

Fail…

It looked bigger in the store…I swear!

No, I didn’t return the bed and get a bigger one. He loves to lay in his bed. Sure, half of his body is hanging out of it onto the floor. I guess I thought he was more the type of dog who would want to curl into a ball to rest. Apparently he likes to sprawl out when he sleeps. Just like his Mom.
Todays PSA: Measure your dog before you buy him a bed!
