I love Shrooms!

I’m all about the shrooms. Not the psychedelic kind. I don’t even know how you get high off shrooms. Do you smoke them? I’m clueless when it comes to drugs but that’s a good thing I suppose.

Anyway, T is probably going to give me crap about a ‘boring’ post but whatev. I keep recommending that he get his own blog.

Mushrooms are my fave pizza topping and I like to add them to all kinds of foods. I’ve even been known to crack open a can and eat them plain. Is that gross? And I’m seeing all these like retro mushrooms (I call them mushies) in stores and I think I might need to get one. Or 12.

I can’t seem to find a good picture but I do recall an episode of Color Splash with hottie David Bromstad where he used these little ceramic mushrooms as decoration. They were so cute. I might need to get a mushroom t-shirt or necklace or something. I was into owls for while but I never actually purchased anything with owls. It didn’t really materialize into a real obsession. The mushrooms may be different. I’m rambling.

A month or so ago I noticed all these mushies popping up all over. I love mushies even the wild ones-to look at NOT to eat. I spotted this little group on my way home from work one day and had to stop to check them out. They looked huge from the car. Objects seen from car window may not be as large as they appear.

So I pulled over and snapped a few pics. And that is what I will share with you today. Yes…pictures of mushrooms. This blog is taking some wild turns isn’t it. But I always keep you guessing. Again…I don’t want to get pigeon-holed and be known as the blogger who only blogs about boobs or dogs or mushrooms. I like to keep it fresh.

Hope it’s not poisonous. I swear that this was going to be some giant mushrooms or something when I saw them from the car. I suppose that would have made this post a bit more exciting. Then again….

I just had the brilliant idea of possibly getting these printed in large size in black and white and framing one or two of them. That might be kinda cool?
