Hmmm… So are they trying to say that they only sell things that cost more then 99 Cents? As opposed to stores who only sell things below 99 Cents. It’s like a dollar store only more expensive. We pass this store on our way to Wal-Mart and thought this would be a perfect Stupid Sign [...]
